1. Services Provided Omar's Online Tutoring offers academic tutoring services in Mathematics, English, and Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) for students at the GCSE level or its equivalent, ages 9–16. Sessions are available both one-on-one and in group settings.2. Pricing and Payment Pricing: Pricing for tutoring services is outlined on the Pricing page. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance if any changes occur.Payment:

Payment must be made before the session begins.Payments can be made via:Credit/Debit Card (through secure payment gateways).PayPal (for both individual and group sessions).Bank Transfer.

Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours. We will offer a full refund or reschedule your session.If you miss a session without prior notice, no charge will be made for that session. However, if you frequently miss sessions without notifying us, we reserve the right to review the tutoring arrangement and potentially discontinue the service.

3. Guarantee Offer At Omar's Online Tutoring, we are committed to helping you achieve academic success. We offer the following guarantees:Grade Improvement Guarantee:

If, after three sessions, you do not see an improvement in your understanding of the subject, we will:

Provide a free additional session to address any concerns, or Offer a full refund for your sessions up to that point.

Guaranteed A/7 or 1-3 Grade Improvement:

If, after 14 weeks of consistent tutoring, your child does not achieve:

A minimum grade of A/7 in the subject, or An improvement of 1-3 grades from their initial starting grade (based on their most recent GCSE mocks or assessment),

we will refund 100% of the fees paid during this period.Conditions for Guarantee Validity:

The student must:

Attend all scheduled sessions.Complete all assigned tasks, including homework and practice questions.Follow the Custom Revision Plan provided by the tutor. Students must take a picture of their revision notes daily and send it to the tutor for confirmation. Further instructions regarding revision notes and study expectations are outlined in the Custom Revision Plan. This includes ensuring an adequate amount of written notes during the tutoring session, which must be sent immediately after the session. Frequent failure to adhere to these requirements and submit the required evidence may result in a review of the tutoring arrangement.Communicate any learning challenges promptly.

4. Booking and Scheduling All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through the Contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Once a session is booked, a confirmation message will be sent via email or WhatsApp with session details.Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a refund will not be issued.For unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled session.

Schedule Changes:

Omar's Online Tutoring reserves the right to modify the tutoring schedule to ensure the best balance between service quality and operational efficiency.

Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the schedule at least 14 days in advance.Continued use of tutoring services after the effective date of the schedule change constitutes acceptance of the updated schedule.

Technical Issues:

If either the tutor or the student faces technical issues (e.g., poor internet connection, hardware failure) that prevent the session from taking place, the session will be rescheduled as soon as possible at no additional charge.If technical issues are not resolved within a reasonable time (e.g., 15–20 minutes), the session may be rescheduled, and a refund or credit for the session may be issued.

5. Responsibilities Student Responsibilities:

Attend the sessions on time and come prepared with necessary materials.Follow the Custom Revision Plan provided by the tutor.Complete all assigned tasks, including homework, practice questions, and revision activities.If a student repeatedly misses evidence, the tutor reserves the right to review the tutoring arrangement.Daily Revision Notes: Students must take a picture of their revision notes daily and send it to the tutor for confirmation. Further instructions regarding revision notes and study expectations are outlined in the Custom Revision Plan. This includes ensuring an adequate amount of written notes during the tutoring session, which must be sent immediately after the session. Tutor Responsibilities:

Omar's Online Tutoring will provide quality tutoring sessions tailored to your needs and offer learning resources as needed.The tutor will create a Custom Revision Plan designed to address your learning gaps and improve your academic performance.

6. Privacy Policy Omar's Online Tutoring takes the security of your personal information seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to securely process and store your data. While we are actively working to fully comply with the UK GDPR, we prioritise protecting your data and maintaining its confidentiality.

8. Attendance Policy At Omar's Online Tutoring, regular attendance is crucial for achieving academic success. The following attendance policy ensures that students and parents understand the importance of consistency and punctuality:Punctuality:

Students are expected to join sessions on time.Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as sessions will end at the scheduled time.

Attendance Tracking:

Attendance will be recorded for every session.Frequent absences or late arrivals will be communicated to parents/guardians (if applicable).

Missed Sessions:

If a session is missed without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or rescheduling may be provided, however this depends on circumstances too.Exceptions may be made for emergencies, but this is at the discretion of the tutor.

Commitment to Scheduled Sessions:

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of the UK.11.
